Riding House Cafe - London, Fitzrovia (Review)
Riding House Cafe helped invent London brunch, and this year it turned 15. We went along to the Fitzrovia original for the anniversary menu: a standout crab, bacon and avocado sandwich, deep-dish pancakes, and a secret off-menu sundae. Here's everything we ate, and our honest take.
Rita’s - Soho, London (Review)
We had heard Rita's was a lovely little Soho wine bar, so on a sunny day last week we wandered in for an impromptu lunch. We stayed for a white bean and miso shrimp tostada, a beautifully cooked whole Cornish mackerel and one of the best Mini Martinis in central London. Here's everything we ate.

The Blue Pelican - Deal, Kent
A day trip to Deal, built entirely around lunch. The Blue Pelican is the Japanese-inspired seafront spot from the team behind The Rose, and between the clay-baked donabe rice and a hamachi collar off the specials board, it more than earned the journey.
Pizza Nerds - Peckham, London
